I think we should develop project ideas and identify sources of funding. Then approach groups we would like to work with to find interested parties, submit the funding application and wait and see. I know people who find funding first then approach groups to offer them the project so we could do this but I think knowing who we are working with will strengthen our proposal as the project will be specific to those groups?
